15+ years Coaching Experience. It all started with my own journey after my divorce. Being married to a narcissist for 12 years almost wrecked my own mental health. I've always had a Secure Attachment Style until the toxic marriage robbed me of my core beliefs.
I finally decided to invest into myself so that I could freely choose to love again. Having an Avoidant Attachment Style led me to become a major serial dater who ran away from any type of intimacy.
Once I healed and became Secure (again); LOVE easily came back into my life. I attracted LOVE thru my many solo travels and adventures.
Now, my love and I travel the world together focusing on deepening our connection.
